At CAMAS Atelier, each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we do not accommodate exchanges. However, we accept returns only in the circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns if:
You have received the wrong item; or
Your item has arrived damaged or defective.
In the event of an approved return or exchange, CAMAS Atelier will reimburse the full amount paid for the affected item, as well as the reasonable courier cost incurred to return the item to us.
Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
For damaged items, customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage. We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel, as this helps us verify the condition of the garment upon arrival.
Please contact us through Whatsapp, Instagram DM or email with your order details, clear photographs/videos of the issue, and a photograph of the packaging where relevant.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a return.
Condition of the Garment
To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and free from perfume, makeup, stains, alterations, or other signs of use.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the garment shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage occurring after delivery.
Return & Exchange Process
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the garment. The item must be securely packaged and returned in the condition in which it was received. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed within 24 hours.
Refunds
For approved cases involving a wrong item or damage upon delivery, the customer will receive a full refund for the affected garment, together with reimbursement of the return courier cost. Refunds will be issued through the applicable payment method or arranged directly with the customer where necessary.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference after an order has been placed. As our garments are produced in limited quantities, we encourage customers to review the product details, measurements, sizing information, and any available product imagery carefully before completing their purchase.
